Competition brief
Students were asked to explore and re-invent concrete’s untapped creative and functional potential using cement in surprisingly new ways. The sponsors are looking for a ‘breakdown of assumptions of concrete as a material though innovative thinking and/or exploring issues of sustainability’. Successful entries will be highly thought provoking, demonstrating real lateral thinking, versatility and innovation.
